WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Kind words from calm owners & pups.

“Claire was fantastic at helping me with my Spanish Water Dog who, at the age of 8, still believes she needs to bark at everything. The one to one training was really well prepared and easy to follow, and most importantly the games Claire taught me have helped build Siena’s confidence and made her realise that not everything is her business. It takes time and commitment and we are still working on it but Claire's support is great every step of the way and goes to show you can teach an old dog new tricks!! Thanks so much Claire.”

Lucy & Siena

“Claire has been a lifesaver. She was so kind, understanding and patient when I was despairing with my wild pup and struggling with my health. I was finding a lot of training advice is contradictory and negative and was damaging my relationship with Tod. Claire's strategies are fun and easy. By playing games at home Tod quickly learnt to ignore distractions and to settle and his recall improved massively. I'm a total convert to the techniques Claire uses and can't recommend her enough.”

Lorna & Tod

“We used Calm Dog Coaching to help our puppy be more focused on us and calmer in general. If you are like me and want to train your dog to be more calm and content through play and positivity, I definitely recommend Calm Dog Coaching. Calm Dog Coaching worked wonders for our Winnie. Used to always bark at the window and pull on lead, as well as struggling to settle at home. Now she never pulls is able to settle and only occasionally barks. Thank you Claire for all your help.”

“I approached Claire recently for some advice on recall with my two year old fox red Labrador, and found her very helpful. She listened carefully to what I was wanting, and then encouraged me to make some changes to my training. I also liked the fact that she stressed how important it was that I feel comfortable with what she was suggesting. I'm already seeing some benefits with recall, so thank you, Claire!”

Carol & Cara

“Claire has been absolutely amazing in helping us with our 12 month old sprocker, Max. He came to us as a rescue pup and missing out on the early stage socialisation, meant that he suffers with high levels of stimulation to the outside world. We were struggling to get him to disengage from distraction, which put both him and us at risk. Claire was recommended to us, and she has been a joy to work with. Finally, we can see some light at the end of the tunnel. Claire listened carefully to the issues we were experiencing and suggested some amazing games that we could play with Max, to help reduce stress, disengage from distractions, whilst still providing him with enriched play, that every lively spaniel needs. The changes we have seen so far, have been outstanding. And we now have amazing tools that we can work with, to help Max have more freedom, help build his confidence. I can't thank you enough, Claire!!”

Theresa & Max

“Monty and I had a very short session with Claire and even though it was short it was absolutely amazing. When Monty's in new places he can get quite excited and quite wired but Claire showed us some simple very kind tips that we can take away and do ourselves and they were very very effective. Monty and myself left feeling super, super calm and very confident in the tips that we were given that they will work in real life. So it was such a lovely experience with Claire.”
